Asian Salad



asian noodle of your choice, vermicelli, soba,

2 shallots

10 snow peas

1 carrot

1 sm continental cucumber

1 piece of cooked salmon


1 tablespoon minced ginger

1 tablespoon white miso

4 tablespoons soy sauce

1/4 cup rice vinigar

1 table spoon sesame oil

1/3 cup of olive oil

1 tablespoon of honey

juice from 2 limes

1 teaspoon chili flackes

2 table spoons of sesame seeds


cook noodles to pkt instructions, then add dressing, holding some back for on top of salad ( for dressing add all ingredients into a jar and shake )

In a bowl put together the –

slice cue cucumber

grate or thinly slice carrot

finely sliced shallots

finely sliced snowpeas

flaked salmon ( any protein is good ie cooked chicken, lamb, beef, prawn )

toss lightly

place noodle on a plate, add tossed salad, drizzle with remainder dressing and garnish with coriander or mint

serve immediately

serves 4 people

This is an easy recipe that can use up anything you have in the fridge.

I love this recipe for all the goodness that it has.

Easy to digest, no added suger, miso, ginger for gut health.
