Probiotic Gummies

Ingredience:

3 cups of kombucha

3 tablespoons of grass fed gelatine

3 tablespoons organic honey

3 tablespoons protein powder

1 cup of water ( filtered is best

Method

In a saucepan on low heat dissolve gelatine water and honey until dissolved. ( about 2 min)

Add collagen powder and kombucha slowly, sterling continuously slowly.

Pour into a non stick silicone container or lined tray.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Turn out, cut into cubes. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 10 days.

I recommend eating 2 -3 cubes a day. Before meals to help digestion.
