Protein Balls

Fun Friday!!!😀these are my no bake chocolate chews. Gluten-free, keto friendly chocolate cheat snack.
Ingredients
❤️4 tablespoons coconut oil
❤️4 tablespoons cocoa powder
❤️2 tablespoons collagen powder
❤️2 tablespoons honey
❤️coconut for rolling
In a saucepan combine all ingredients except coconut.
Stir with a spoon until melted and combined, about 3 min.
Spray ice tray with coconut oil and pour in mixture.
Freeze for 20 min. Then turn out roll in coconut.
These need to be kept refrigerated and kept for when you need a sweet treat.
Taste like caramel, chocolate toffee chews. Not something I do regularly but hits the spot when I feel like a sweet.
